Amber and IPA

Amber still needs more time and boy it is not pretty looking.
I did an IPA last Sunday, but my basement is to cold and it's starting to lag a bit. I'm needing some more cash flow so i can build a temperature controlled room. That you be great, so if anyone out there wants to donate I'm always excepting donations.

2 months and 4 brews

Two months and four brews later I'm finally back. I've been really busy, AKA lazy, and haven't posted any of the ups and downs of my brewing experience. Well I've brewed, like I said four times sense late August and some have been good and some bad. To start I brewed back to back one weekend, a stout and a Pale Ale, and after all the work and time i put in I found after i got it all kegged up that a very bad little bacteria got into all the kegs through my transfer line and mold grew over all of it. I then cleaned everything in my system and started over. Right now I have a stout that i really like, but it still doesn't have the body of the Irish Dry stout I'm shooting for. I have an Amber which I'm putting into secondary as I type. No really it's transferring RIGHT NOW! So when it's done I'll re post and let all you followers know how it is. Later
